Add Server Settings Links

There are some Bots that assists with creating Roles, Webhooks, Emojis and Members. It would be a nice feature to add a shortcut link to the settings. For example the Bot created a new Role, the Bot can write "Requested Role added (discordapp.com/settings/roles/)" and the server admins can check the permissions with just a single click.

    Oh and it would be useful for server admins too, like "Hey dude, can you check (role settings link) something is wrong with the permissions"
