Recent Notifications Tab

There should be a tab that shows recent notifications you get. I have a lot of servers and i can't find where did get the notification. I think we need this.

    Possibly add anything that sends a notification to a new tab in Inbox? Seems like a logical place for it. Make this a thing please.
