up arrow to copy last message instead of edit.

    I would like this!  In Command Line interface up arrow calls the last command in history, so my brain does this without me really thinking about it.  I am always accidentally editing my last comment. 

    I think it would be cool if this could be an optional setting that is off by default.  When it is turned on Shift+Up could be "edit last comment" and up arrow would be recall last command.

    I consistently fall into this trap of pressing the up key to retrieve the last message or grab previous lines of text I've entered as per CLIs.
