Chat overlay hotkey for screen sharing

Same as https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360046944611-Add-chat-in-fullscreen BUT you will be able to turn it on by hotkey and disable it in settings if needed. Just Imagine: you're watching friend playing and you can chat him immediately from screen sharing (fullscreen)
