Discord embedded browser: Support Cookie Management

(Part of this set of issue fixes regarding the in-app embedded browser, If you agree, vote there as well)

Currently, at least on Android, web-links from the main app open in an embedded browser within Discord.

There should be cookie management options:
Clear, allow/disallow, site-based settings.

  No it uses default browser, they support "custom tabs", which load the full browser, but show as a seperate, single window. Go to the "more" menu, and Open in Browser, if you cannot find site cookie settings next to the address bar.
