Show if friend is in a call

Show if your friend is in a call and with who and if he/she is in a server call show the server too.

    Maybe add a new setting to Privacy & Safety where you can Enable/Disable and maybe even more advanced:

    • Enable/Disable for Servers (Maybe setup for each server different)
    • Enable/Disable for Group DM's
    • Enable/Disable for DM's
    •  
    • Enable/Disable showing for friends
    • Enable/Disable showing for everyone (On enable would check for friends too)
