The ability to "TAB" indent (or indent in some other way) for text messages

Being able to hit tab and have your text indent (or a similar feature) and have the text on the line below when you continue writing indent too would make certain formatting easier. For example, rules with bullet points or indents would look neater. I think this would be a small but useful feature.
