Adjusting size and placement of Individuals webcam/screenshare

I would like a way where you could change the size of the avatar, screen share, or webcam of individuals in your video call because if you have 5 people the middle person will have a larger size avatar/webcam/screen share than the other people in the call so it would be nice to either be able to rearrange who is in the middle or to be able to make you increase or decrease people's sizes. Another thing could be making people who are using a webcam or screen share larger than people who just have their avatar.
