Add role hierarchy in voice chat

Add the ability to make higher ranks in the server appear at the top of the voice chat list, just like in the online menu

    Agree. We have roles for teachers and students in our class server. It would be great to have roles that are displayed seperatly from online users in displayed the same way in the voice chat.
