Allow Web Browser/Desktop Streaming In Voice Channel

The new game streaming in server voice channels is a really good idea, but it'd be so much more useful to be able to stream web browsers or even desktops. That way, users could watch videos together, something that has no good alternative now rabb.it has closed.

  As for movies, just use screenshare software such as Parsec.
  
  Dont produce unlicensed copies.
