Allow email verification to be used in place of the current 2FA system

The current 2FA system is frankly utter nonsense and is more trouble than it's remotely worth

    Email verification already exists and it's enabled by default if you have 2FA disabled

    If Discord detects a login from a different IP address than the one the user normally uses, then it will require them to verify their email in order to login preventing anyone on the internet who has your email and password from logging in unless your email password is the same as your discord password
