Channel Creation + permissions

I created a channel that was permission locked, however I was able to restrict it to roles higher than my highest role. My highest role is "Officer" and 3 roles higher is "Admin," and I was able to make it admin-read-only, yet I was still able to see it. I'm not sure if it was intended for me to be able to permission lock a channel to roles higher than my own (that seems like unintended), or if I was supposed to be able to see the channel by default because I created it (seems less likely to be a bug).

    Hello,

    If you are owner of the server or you have Administrator permission you can see every channels.

    Sorry yes, I should clarify that I do NOT have administrator permissions, nor am I the owner of this particular server.
