Locked out of discord

I am locked out of discord and it says i need to verify my phone, i have a phone, however i used it for another account very long ago. i only have 1 PHONE. (why would i need more?!)

Now i cannot access it because of that. 

why cant you guys just send me a email?

Im still not happy of how it randomly popped up, it has been fine for 4 months or more.

    Hey, I think I have a similar problem when attempting to login, is Discord replacing the page with something stating "Somethings going on here".
