Discord server help

Good day,
I'm new to a discord server. There's one thing I need help with. If I have assigned roles and I have several, someone on the server is without a role, etc. .. On the right is a panel where people are listed on the server. I have it different for each text-channel. How to make all users visible everywhere?

    Hello,

    Go to channel settings and open Read Messages permission to @everyone or you can create a category and set Read Messages permission to @everyone.
