Possibility to add a Nickname to your friend

Actually, my issue is that some of my friends are changing names during their life. I'm aware of that but when I meet them, I meet them on a certain name or circumstances.

I want to be able like in Steam or Skype, to put a nickname into "(" ")" juste side to the name for being able to find them really quick when I want to talk.

Some of my friends are roleplayers so their changing a lot of time... i'm really upset to not be able to find my own friend in my friendlist...

  You can set a private note on your friend's profile. Unfortunately you do have to view their profile to read it, but atleast it's something for now.

  U can add notes on them, this doesn't help on searching them but u can remember who are them.

  Dear lord i would like a feature to rename server members client side. It's not like it should be hard to implement.

  Steam has this already but it sure would be nice if discord did too.  One friend changes their name and they are G-O-N-E until I figure out the change. :(
