Blocked accounts have to know less

When i block someone on Discord i dont want them to know if i changed the name of my account or my profile pic, they didnt even need to know if i blocked them or not, i tested it and blocked a friend and they could tell if i changed my name or my profile pic, if i block someone is because i dont want them to know anything about me and it could be important to other users too

  This is not possible as anyone can find the username and discriminant of the offended account entering its ID value.
