Let us be able to type hyperlinks in our messages like we do in Bot Embeds

In a bot embed I can use [] brackets and () brackets to hide a link under a line of text. For example, "Please refer to our rules here," where here is a message link. This could also work with website links. For security, show the link when you hover over it, and promt the user if they would like to continue to the website. (just like how it is with links now, you have to hit "Yes", "No" or "Trust this Domain".
