Enable alt-tab for "go live"

As of now in "go live" when you stream an application and alt tab it pauses to save resources. I would personally like if this were optional via a toggle. Parsec, while a completely different program altogether, does this and it's extremely annoying when you want to alt tab to chat in the program that was meant for chatting WHILE streaming your game. I understand this isn't OBS, rabbit, parsec, or any other similar streaming software... But I would really like to be able to alt tab and type something without the stream pausing. It's possible. Doesn't need to be default, just optional.

    I would like some much if they add this, or maybe "better discord" team does a plug-in for such thing, it will be great
