Video Calls wont work with some cameras on app version

My camera works fine in the windows camera app, as well as in the browser version of discord, but when i try to turn on my camera in an app voice call, my image flashes green. the camera is plug and play, so it isnt a driver issue. it works perfectly in the browser version. other people on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/6v6tdh/webcam_is_flickering_green_in_video_chat/  have this same issue, so it seems like this is a rather important issue to address.

  I got this same problem, didn't have it a while back but now I do. I have the same camera as the guy in your reddit referal. Discord doesn't really seem to help us with this problem.
