Allow self botting (with restrictions)

Hello there, In previous times, people have abused "self botting" and used it as a way to import bots without the permissions needed to normally add one. Thus this privelege has been taken away from us. As a Python programmer/developer working with the Discord api on a daily basis I do struggle with this as it would be really nice to (for example) be able to apply notifications in different ways and make an app to do the good old "I am on the road, please don't text me right now.". I have 2 purposals for this, - Make it accessible for everyone but with good restrictions. - Let programmers apply for this and give them a token to go with your ussual account token. This could really help Discord get freshed up. Kind regards, Ferret.
