Ability to Mute People for Others

Sorry if the title isn't clear. Too many times have I had arguments in my VC that lead no where, so I just want to mute them for each other without their control.

Would make my life a heckofalot easier.

    We already have that, it is called server mute but not everyone is allowed to use it. Only the people with mute users permissions can.
