Please add more region to the server settings

Ever since we`re started to work from home, a lot of us starting using discord more and more often, sometimes a lot of us must facing with server issues like slow connection and low pings, I really suggest to add more region, especially in SEA like Indonesia, Malaysia etc to prevent this in future.

  That is not easy as you thought, as you need actual data centers. Though, some would happily accept voice partnering if Discord allowed on-premises hosting.
