New perk for Server Boosting level 3

Most level 3 servers are usually partnered servers that already get a vanity url by default, I don't see anyone sending 100MB files, i don't see VCs with high bitrate nor servers with a lot of emotes it takes minutes to scroll by.

This is why i propose a new perk for level 3 servers which is being able to use the server's gif emotes within the server.

Having this would make peeps with no nitro join a dance party or just put a Clap emote. Keep in mind this will only apply and work within the server and its emotes, and in my opinion will make nitro boosting to level 3 worth it.

  I mean they just made it today so that it only takes 20 boosters to reach level 3 now! So I would have agreed with this before, but right now I do not completely agree, maybe for a level 4 though!

  As someone who almost independently took her server to level 3, please Discord, don't let all my work be for naught. I'd *pay* for a feature that let my whole community use the animated emojis I worked so hard to find (within the server only of course). MAKE THIS HAPPEN YESTERDAY.
