Allow People to Mute themselves While Server Muted

Currently if people want to mute themselves while server mute they either have to leave the call, mute, and join back, or if they have a keybind assigned to mute then they can use that. This is a problem when, for example, someone is server muted and then leave their computer for a moment. They can't mute themselves so if they are server unmuted then their mic will be on which they may not want. This is especially a problem for me as being able to mute yourself while server muted would help immensely for a bot I am creating. You can already do this if you have a keybind like I mentioned, so it seems odd that you can't without one and have to use this workaround to mute yourself.
