Deafen doesn't work sometimes on web, Bugs on discord web app (Ipad and phone) and there is also no 100-200% on the web app

Hello! Hope everything is good over at the discord headquarters. 

Recently, I have been using the discord web app because of just some issues with my region and the app. Anyway, so, sometimes, when I am in a call on the web app with my friends, I'll deafen cause I have to go eat food for example. Sometimes, I can still hear my friends. I believe this is because my friend may have joined AFTER me, so this doesn't happen if I join after he joins, could be for another reason though, and it can get a little annoying because my computer goes on loud speaker and it's just really loud. 

Another thing, sometimes when I want to go use discord in bed and talk to my friends at a late time, when my ipad shuts off, then I can still hear my friends but I cannot talk, and I have to leave and rejoin the call. Something else is when someone goes live and I watch it on my ipad, then my mic stops working but I can still hear my friends. Weird.

Another thing, not really a bug, mostly just a suggestion is to add the whole 100%-200% configuration on the web app, a lot of the time my friends are not high enough sound, and sometimes there is a bug where if a friend joins and i turn him up/down it just doesn't work, i have to leave and rejoin, so I feel like this would be better.
