I want a link to add friends

While using Discord, when providing Discord tags on the internet, sometimes change the tag or change your nickname and re-announce the tag.
Whenever this happens, it's really annoying and some people want to add a friend, but if the server isn't there you'll have to request a new tag again.

If you create an add friend link so that you can send or receive a friend add when you come through that link, you don't have to tell the new tag and nickname every time the tag or nickname changes.
