Keybound Toggle Deafen doesn't toggle mute as well, even though it indicates it does

If you bind toggle deafen to a keybind, pressing it only deafens you, but it doesn't mute you, people can still hear you. The indicator for mute is wrong, and it is hard to figure this out because you are deafened. Binding both mute and deafen to the same keybind doesn't work either, because mute unmutes you, even though you are not muted.
