I can`t unmute in desktop app using hotkey.

I use mouse 5 button to mute my microphone and ctrl+mouse 5 to mute headphones. On my server i can`t unmute headphones by hotplug ctrl+mouse 5 (but i sounds like i muted myself one more time), only by just mouse 5, but it also turns on my mic. If i use interface button it works perfect. Is it a bug?
