Have people outside the server watch streams

I was thinking of having a party game night with my server, but having a ton of people in one voice chat will get messy. I was hoping to have a link to send to people so they can specifically watch the stream, even if they're not in it, with possibly an invite to the server to make it optional.
This way, anyone not actively playing can hear the active players, and the active players don't hear the hundreds of people chatting about the stream.
