Separate "Disable Sounds" streamer mode setting into "disable notification sounds" vs. "disable call sounds"

I hate bothering my viewers with message sounds, but still find it essential to hear join/leave alerts for a call. Please make it possible to silence only message notification sounds without affecting call sounds while using "Streamer Mode" by separating Disable Sounds into Disable Notification Sounds, Disable Notification Banners, Disable Call Sounds.

This would basically make it possible to disable the first "Message" setting in Notifications > SOUNDS, while leaving everything else still enabled; such as Deafen, Mute, Voice Disconnected, etc. enabled.
