Media channel

For some servers it is very usefull to have a media only channel where you can only send messages where you have an embed included in the file. This allows us to create some very nice showcase channels where you can post what you created with a program or a game and thereby have a nice gallery of cool community stuff.

    I have a photography channel in my discord and I wish I could stop users from posting messages in it. This would work amazing if/when threads ever become a thing.

    A media only channel, with replies only existing in threads of a piece of media

    Yes, this needs to be implemented. Threads just came out today and I'm wishing for this to go with threads.
