New themes

I think we should be able to make discord more customizable, since better discord is against TOS discord should make their own system to allow users to customize discord to their liking Some ideas could be: •gradient backgrounds •solid colors like pink blue, etc • make your own custom color themes • fonts •custom image backgrounds •Blurring backgrounds feature •etc
