As a user of RTX voice, this pops up all the time whenever I'm not talking. While a detector for if RTX Voice is running would likely be a bit hard to implement, just a switch the user can toggle for whether or not that alert pops up wouldn't be that bad.

It's an incredibly minor QOL thing, but I think that discord all around pays attention to the small things like this, and this would make for a nice touch.
