Double Role Ping

I am a part of a pretty small gaming server, and sometimes there's an event or something generally thats happening in-game, so I need to get my teamates online. Ussually we ping by role, but that would also ping offline/idle members who are away and don't want to be pinged. There have been a few times where I have woken up people from their sleep (different timezone) and guess what? They were not very happy! So I'd like to suggest a system where you can ping roles, but only role members of a specific type (only or do not disturb or idle or offline/invisible) for example (I wont use the ping to not mention sb) !gamer!online or !gamer!idle. it would also be helpful if we could ping people that only have 2 specific roles like !gamer!Minecraft.
