Allow roles to mention other specified roles.

this is not what I'm asking. In fact, I don't think it even sufficiently solves the question for which it selected as the answer.
What I and many others probably want, is the ability to specifically select roles that can be mentioned by other roles. Currently, the only options we have is to allow everyone to mention a single role, or allow a single role to mention everyone else. I don't want that.
Let's try an example: We have Role1, Role2, and Role3. I want Role2 and Role3 to be able to mention Role1, but ONLY those two roles. Not everyone. Presently, to do that I would have to give both Role2 and Role3 permissions to use @everyone, @here, and @All Roles. But now Role2 and Role3 can also use @everyone, which I don't want either.
Essentially, I want those three roles to only be able to mention each other in a combination that I choose, and none of them would be able to use @everyone. To go one step further, I don't have a problem with those roles using @here and would like to specifically permit their use of it.
I'm imagining this as an option within the roles settings (probably Category/Channel settings, too) where you'll have an option saying "What other roles can this role mention:". It would have a button next to it that when clicked, opens a dialogue box listing ALL roles, including @everyone and @here, that have checkboxes next to them. You would then simply check the boxes next to roles that you wish to allow being mentioned.
Please consider this as there is nothing yet that accomplishes this, and it would be an excellent feature.
