A glitch in a picture

So a friend on a server knew my name cuz one of my old friend that is now a jerk was talking about me but he knew I changed my name cuz it changed the pfp in the picture and name so I have pics of people talking but pfp always stays the same so he said it was a glitch

please tell me if this a glitch or not
