Need ability to change time zone manually

The territory I live in has gotten rid of Daylight savings and moved to our own time zone (UTC-7) Yukon.

When I set my PC to that timezone Discord still thinks I'm in (UTC-8) Pacific.  When I set my PC to (UTC-7) Mountain Time it shows the correct time, but will be a problem in March when the clocks go ahead a hour. 

So my suggestion is either, add the ability to manually change time zones, or add (UTC-7) Yukon to the Discord app so it knows how to use that timezone from Windows.
