[Feature request] Confirm Channel Theme
It would be nice if someone entering the channel for the first time he had to confirm the channel topic before he can write anything. But this should also happen if something in the channel theme has been changed. This should be adjustable if you want to have this function or not.
I am sorry about the bad english

I'd appreciate this feature.
Problem:
Some channels are based on rules like "This channel's purpose is to get the best tips for the game. Please only post tips. Don't discuss or ask questions." What people are doing is discussing tips or asking questions. That's a lot of work to delete those posts and to inform these users again and again.
As a moderator I can pin the rules and I can put them into the channel description. Both are ignored or users simply don't see them because they are not displayed prominently.
Moderators should have the possibility to simply make users aware of the channel rules.
Suggested solution:
Clicking on the channel description on top of the channel in fact opens a window in the foreground while the backround is faded out. This is a live feature already:

Could you give moderators further channel options to get this popup...
- either everytime a user opens the channel as reminder of the rules
- and/or the first time a user enters this channel
- and/or when changes are made to the channel description
Furthermore, once a user begins typing in these selected channels, a hint could popup which says "Please keep in mind that this channel runs with special rules" (maybe listed below) and the user has to confirm the message.
I think this would help to keep moderation efforts smoother.
Thanks!
