@selection - of users in a server

many people in servers i'm in don't appreciate being @everyone'd, and while @here sort of works, it only toggles people online/around. could a third one be added, @selection, where a pop up menu of people in the server comes up, and you, well, select a bunch of the them to @ with the alert.
