Isolated Notification Mode

I came up with this idea for a toggleable mode to customize notifications. I was thinking it'd be really convenient if you could toggle between a mute blacklist, like normal, and a mute whitelist. That way, you could set it so that only a few things notify you without having to manually mute and unmute all your other servers and dms. Sometimes I'm having a conversation with somebody in dms and I want to get full notifications, sounds, banners, etc, but I don't want to get notified for anything else. Alternatively, maybe have a mute preset function where you could swap between a few differently customized notification settings, like maybe if you have regular events in a few different servers and you want to be able to isolate notifications for each of them, or something like that.
