New feature for server boosting perks

So basically I thought this would be good idea for level 3 server boosts to contain a new feature for the server banners. Animated banners! This will contain animated banners so it can be more appealing. Another suggestion I would like to see in the next update is for level 2 or 1 to contain a background for the text and catagory backgrounds of the texts. For an example, the background of the text for the side bar that shows the categories and channels are just plain. So a feature could be that they could have a faint background so its not so bland. This also go for text colors on the side bar.
