Mandatory automatic status updating (by time) (Only if set to Online)

As I did not see a similar post here it is:
As the title states I am requesting mandatory automatic status updates for those set to Online only.
Key word here is Mandatory!
Fixed set times (by discord, possibly the server) to be able to have a more up to date status.
The problem I am seeing is servers with those who appear not to use the server they are in at all. Some may be using this for malicious purposes but I cannot prove that and will leave it there.
My proposal should allow people to have their status changed off of Online when they clearly are not (Idle or Away) and go back on when 1 of several factors are changed should the status not already be manually set to Idle, DND or Invisible.
Examples if possible include: moving/clicking the mouse, pressing a key or speaking, with the option to set this to opening or viewing discord in combination with the others but not exclusively.

We have all seen servers with thousands - tens of thousands + where nothing is said server wide for hours at a time yet hundreds - thousands+ are showing as online and not in a game etc.

The time is to be decided but a suggestion is either 5 or 10 minutes as nice round reasonable numbers, with the option of lowering but not increasing this number to as little as 1 minute.
This should allow moderators to see who can be removed and give a better idea to all users who is actually available for chat or help, regular users and moderators alike and to possibly route out problem or fake users.

Other options:
Individual servers may set kicking rules for those away for a number they decide equal to or greater than 1 month of no activity.
Users may set if they get the above option for friends.
Time inactive visible to moderators and friends.

TL;DR: Title affects those manually set to Online only, Mandatory, maximum and minimum times (if not 100% fixed).
