How to report people I haven't messaged yet

How am I supposed to report someone if I haven't messaged them yet? The system literally prevents me from doing that. WHY! I don't want to message the person at all because their profile is fishy as all heck, yet here is discord telling me to put my account data at risk just to report some guy? I mean, come on! Is there any way to report someone before you message them? I took a picture of the evidence. I'm pretty sure the person is a scam bot. Please help me to figure out how to report them without messaging them first discord. They have no username and no profile picture. I can't trust that.
