Server Ownership

I submitted a request for server ownership transfer 12 days ago, and I have not heard back for 10 days after sending the requested information. The last response was: 

"Thanks for the confirmation here, I just wanted to let you know that I'll be escalating this ticket to a team member to process further.

I genuinely apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated here as soon as I hear back!

I understand this was over the holidays, but how long does this take?? Many of us on the server are wondering if we need to go through the hassle of creating a new server because it's taking so long.
