Is your proposal related to a problem?

We like keeping in touch with our customers by using Discord and having a community guild where customer can share and ask for help. Managing such guilds with many members is a bit frustrating, when you need to verify requests from existing customers. Verifying user details over and over again is time consuming, but we don't want to create a role specifying and displaying their verification details, as those would be publicly visible.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create an option for server administrators (or members with MANAGE_NOTES) to add server-internal notes to users. Currently, there is already an option to set "local", "private" notes, which are synced across devices. Solution would be a clone of that, which is however private to a specific server and only available to members with aforementioned permission. Example:

Using an extra channel for notes, but that will clutter up pretty quickly.
