Screen share with sound

i have seen posts about this from a year ago
why haven't it been added already ??
its just a simple button to called "share device sound as well "
.
i know i can share applications with sound but thats just a single window 
i want to share my whole screen with sound

    I wanted this for a really long time. Really wanted. There's an issue about this that people in the voice chat would hear themselves speaking as you would be listening to them and then sharing their sound back to then; though, this could be fixed in the client side creating and playing with virtual sound devices.

    Yet, I can't understand why they haven't added this feature yet, it seems so simple to do it once you already have the per application sharing.
