Allow User Defined Input Device on Discord Mobile (Potential fix for bad Bluetooth audio when in a call)

Allow users to choose to use the headset mic while using speakers as audio output rather than the bad built in mic. On iOS and Android.

Benefits of this feature,
Enables BLUETOOTH HEADSETS to act as output device ONLY while in a call, therefore your sound quality won’t be destroyed by the calling mode because the mic is active.

Enables users with docking to select HDMI or Device or Bluetooth output while using other microphone or midi as an input device.

Only issue,

Don’t know if Apple is generous enough to allow this on iOS.
