Enhanced Membership Screening

Dear Discord Team!
The new Membership Screening feature is great, though it still lacks of a few necessary features:

- Passphrase
Currently an API call is enough to be verified and hence doesn't stop spam bots. A passphrase that can be chosen by the server moderation team and needs to be passed would be great!

- Passphrase rotation
The passphrase needs to change over time in order to sustainably stop spam bots. A discord bot could do that easily but needs permission for it. It would be great if a new permission for this ruleset would be introduced because granting Admin privileges to bots is not a good choice.

- Less restrictions for rules
The number of rules as well as the length of each are regulated too much. We would need both, more and longer rules for our server. It would be great if this could be changed!

  Great Idea, the restrictions also limit our discord server because we have more rules than there are fields available. @ Discord Team Please extend these...

  Yes. And we need auto-roles so new members automatically get a role after they have completed the Membership Screening
