Bots replying to my emails

    Oh, also, my account was disabled on January 7th. The data will be deleted on January 21st, and I really want to have this dealt with as soon as possible - I can't afford to lose my account all because I keep getting my appeals responded to by "Clyde" instead of a real staff member.

    Been having the same issue. Have written 3 mails and only got the same response from Clyde, really annoying..

    I've had at least five responses coming from Clyde all with the same thing. It's really upsetting that appeals are being taken so lightly that bots are replying instead of humans. I just hope for the best and that a real person could acknowledge people's appeals.

    Yes Same, i just posted something on here as well and wrote them with another mail. Could it be that they just block the mail when it’s about a TOS violation?
    I read about this issue often, especially on Twitter. Really annoying

    I've tried using an alternative gmail to state the issue and potentially get my account recovered, but doing that just leads to someone/some bot telling me that there isn't a deleted Discord account linked with my gmail account. So, by doing that, I guess it becomes even more hopeless.
