Allowing notifications

Hi!, Feature suggestion.

What if we added a button that allowed you to receive notifications from someone while you're in Do Not Disturb. So that you can get that persons notifications and nothing else, I kinda wanted this added a while ago because I was waiting for a notification from someone but had to switch on "Online" mode so I could hear the notification.  It'd be kinda like a

"DnD Bypass" Or "Allow Notifications" or something like that
